Matcha Olive Oil with Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- 1/4 cups extra virgine olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar (to taste)
- Foccacio bread (or substitute)
Mix matcha powder into the olive oil –just stir with a spoon and let sit for 10 min.
Add balsamic vinegar to taste for a dipping sauce with foccacio bread or salad dressing. It also can be used for fish dishes – Sashimi or grilled halibut.
