Low Caffeine Matcha (Powder - 20g)
High grade, handpicked leaves. Low caffeine matcha contains 80% less caffeine with a 10% decrease in nutritional value compared to regular matcha. Caffeine is naturally extracted using fresh water, through safe, innovative techniques. This matcha is freeze-dried and ground in traditional stone mills. It has slightly less aroma than regular matcha and a light and smooth flavor, not as deep and complex.

Tea: 2 gm or 1 tsp
Water: 60-70 mL (1/4 cup) at 80-85 °C
Steep: Whisk in hot water to a froth or use a bottle with the lid and shake it
