Premium Kukicha (Loose - 100 g)
Made from high quality kabusecha (semi-gyokuro tea) and sencha stems and stalks this tea has low amonunts of caffeine and more theanine. Mild aroma and sweet, smooth mellow grassy flavor. Smooth, dry and fresh. Great for iced tea.
Region: Hoshino Seicha-en, Fukuoka Prefecture
- Tea: 2 gm or 1 tsp
- Water: 70-80 mL (1/3 cup) at 80-90 °C
- Steep: 1 - 1.5 min.
To make cold brewed tea:
- Tea: 2-3 tbsp (10-15 gm)
- Water: 1000 mL (4 cups) at room temperature
- Steep: 2-3 hrs. to over night in the fridge
