Yuki Oolong (Loose - 100 g)
Organic oolong tea made from Japanese tea leaves. This is a mid-level oxidized oolong so it has a brisk rich flavour with woody aftertaste.
Region: Takeo Farm, Mie Prefecture
- Tea: 1 tbsp (3g)
- Water: 250 mL (1 cup) at 80-100°C
- Steep: 1.5 - 2 min.
To make cold brewed tea:
- Tea: 3-4 tbsp (10-15 gm)
- Water: 1000 mL (4 cups) at room temperature
- Steep: 2-3 hrs. to over night in the fridge
